It was signed on September 17, 1787, Constitution of THE United States.one amendment from the bill of rights is the 5th amendment it is about how it protects you from being held for committing a crime unless you have been indicted correctly by the police.this means if you didn't do anything or have nothing to do with relating with the crime you can use the fifth amendment so you can claim yourself innocent.
